hi I hope someone can please help me as I’m having no luck getting through to Amazon SellerCenter.

we are a British company i’ve set the account up in England and everything is in English apart from it asking me to verified my card details in Italian? Every time I change the language to English, it just automatically changes it back to Italian. Any ideas?
