In my experience, the dates you are looking at are the deliver by dates, and this is letting you know that during the week of 1-7 to 1-13, 14 packages were delivered late that were scheduled to be delivered on those days.
With 44 out of 58 packages being on time, this brings you to a 75.9 on time delivery rate during that week.
This no longer takes into account when it was shipped, only whether it was delivered on time or not. There is a download you can get on this page to the right of the section you screenshared, the report will tell you what orders were affected.
We recommend checking these orders and whether they were delivered by the deliver by date shown in the report.
We also know that recently there has been an issue with some orders showing as delivery by sunday 1-7-24, even when sellers are not using sunday as a deliverable day. if any of these orders show deliver by sunday, let support know and ask for an exemption for those orders. Amazon is aware of this issue.
