I've noticed that a lot my order lately are being deferred to because of delivery date policy. I print all labels using amazon shipping. Is this something new? I ship by or before the date amazon says to ship by.

This stated towards the end of October/Beginning of November.
You will notice there isn't an account level reserve anymore.
There is now full transparency on when each transaction is available for withdrawal. Account level reserve is no longer a thing. Amazon integrated tracking packages clear 6 days after delivery. If you don't use tracking. 20 days.
