Amazon claims to support small businesses at the beginning, but in reality, they block all funds for the smallest complaint, effectively driving businesses into failure while making a profit. For over two years, I’ve been unable to speak with anyone, only receiving the same automated responses and being constantly delayed with repetitive questions. Instead of helping small businesses grow, Amazon is pushing them to the edge and ignoring their hardships, ultimately just increasing their own profit.
