We occasionally get messages where some of the links don't pull through (on desktop on the right hand side).
if its not there, it may appear in due course- or its probably easier to just ask the customer if they can supply the order number.

It is entirely possible the customer hasn't ordered from you and is confused with another seller. It is also possible they are trying to trick you into thinking they did order from you so you can send a free item.
They may have also ordered under a different account.
Simply ask for the order number. You can also take the email address on the message and search orders via that email address to see if anything has been placed.
