Selling Box Cutter and PR Team removed the listing
Our listing was initially listed under the Utility Knife product category, and we encountered no errors when listing. Until now, we received a notification from the Amazon PR Team that we need to set the customer restriction attribute to "uk_18_knife" for the age restriction to reinstate it.
However, the current category Utility Knife flat file doesn't have the attribute for modification. So, we tried to switch to a different product category with the attribute Folded Knives. From there, we tried to request the Seller Support team to check on these changes for us to request, as well as modify the age attribute to uk_18_knife.
It's been a week of working to fix this issue, and it is frustrating how unavailable the support is for the UK compared to the US marketplace.
@Seller_pKdF0dnvoraDuI hope you can help me with this issue. We need the Catalogue escalation and PR teams to work on this case appropriately.
