Hoping either the Mods or another seller selling the brand can help with this issue.

On the 14th Sep my seller application was accepted for the brand Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles, and I listed 11 products with an upload sheet with no issues.

The problem came a few days later when the images were ready and I could not edit any ASINs as it was asking me to request approval to sell under the brand ' TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA branded' . Double checked and that is not the brand name that was submitted in the upload file and clearly not the name that was included in any of the documents that I sent over in the seller application.

I have made 3 cases now trying to get the error removed or understand where it is coming from and I am caught in a loop where they confirm the brand name and tell me I am approved, once I show them the issue they tell me to get approval for the brand name ' TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA branded' which I couldn't do even to remove the error because nothing is under that name.

Please please help because seller support are just sending me automated replies and the stock is sitting in a warehouse.
