Hello,

I am facing the deactivation of our account due to the continuous rejection of the DAC7 form. In January, we updated our VAT number to GROUP. I have updated this information multiple times in the Tax Information section of our Account Info. The VAT number shows up in the VIES search.

Despite numerous calls and multiple cases created, the issue remains unresolved.

I request immediate assistance to resolve this matter or provide adequate help. Otherwise, I will need to return all our products in FBA and cancel the account. We have active stores in the US, MX, and CA.

This is urgent, I need immediate help.
