UPS might give you a çonfirmation of delivery ‘’ , on request . It should show the Amazon personell who has signed for it .

We never got one when we used to use UPS. As long as you hear the parcels being zapped by the scanner, you should be fine.

No you don’t, as Rugsy said once zapped its in the system and can be tracked through their website.

never get one but they are suppose to zap each one as they put them in the truck. So long they did that and you can check each shipment no to see it is updated… then all is fine.

I’ve never had a UPS collection where they give me a receipt.
I’ve now taken to dropping off my boxes at a drop off point. It just means I can get on with my day without worrying they’ll come for the collection when I’m not there or have just decided to nip out for a sneaky lunchtime pint.
That said, the shop where I drop them off doesn’t give out receipts either. I asked UPS about it and they said they should, but the shop said UPS never supply them with any blank receipts even though they ask. I now just take a piccy on my phone of the box sitting on the shop counter. The lady in the shop thought it odd at first but now accepts me doing it without question.
