Claiming item was not delivered despite valid tracking and obvious successful delivery?
Currently dealing with another funny one who is threatening to go to the police unless I "REFUND NOW!!!!!!!!" his order. He claims it was not delivered, tracking shows it was. I know this is a very common scam on Amazon.
We are not meant to take this seriously are we?
Dispatch was on time. Delivery was on time (within Amazons time limits). Postage was the one the customer selected.

Not sure what the police would do if they did go to them.
So if that is their only threat - you can ignore it.
Now - if they went to amazon and filed an A-Z Claim for none delivery - in all likelihood - they would win.
If all you have is tracking, even with GPS, even with time stamps they will likely win. Amazon expect a signature, and even with that, you sometimes loose if the customer still claims they haven't received the order.
