I just need a tracking nubmer but support refused to give me a tracking number until it's shipped. My shop is at risk of suspension because of late shipment.

Yesterday the support assure me that it will get deliverd by the Latest delivery date Friday, November 29, 2024. Today, they said that due to shipping delay it's expected to be delivered around December 3rd.

They said the shipping delay is due to the product is being transferred between FC, and I have more than 1 unit so I don't understand why you can't just ship it with other available inventory.

This is getting ridiculous. Can you anyone please look into my case and raise it to the correct channel?
