FBA Return - Damaged By Carrier
We have an FBA return which is marked "Damaged By Carrier" and i'm being told that Amazon will not reimburse for it as its classed the same as "customer damage". How can that be so? If Amazon have shipped it to the customer and damaged it in the process, how am i left to foot the bill for that? If i shipped it myself i would have insurance to cover it. Why will Amazon not take responsibility for damaging my stock?
