I prepared my business for Mother's day and Easter (to some extent). I even sent some products to FBA (last time ever ever)

I sold one of these products, that was returned because it was too small (it wasn't, it was the right size but the customer obviously didn't read the size). I sold it for £20.99 and I was charged £28.99. And now apparently it cannot be sold on and will be sent to the skip and I haven't been refunded. But the customer said it was too small, not broken and if anything happened to it, it must have happened on the way back. Why should I lose £28.99? It's not an item of clothing or anything like that, if they thought it was too small they should have closed the sturdy box again and sent it back.

In the meantime, the same listing has turned into German. Obviously I no longer sell this product. I have tried to get them to change it back into English, but I am not the brand owner etc. they asked me for the url of the catalogue which I sent twice and weeks later still nothing. Yes, I prepared my business thank you very much but I have been let down by Amazon.

we are unable to function as a business on Amazon anymore.

Cannot list new products cannot unsupress current products cannot even add basics like colour attribute

We have no tools no seller support every day we get violations which are collective punishments for mostly mistakes by other sellers.

I once has over 33 thousand listings worldwide on Amazon now I have under a thousand in the UK only and that amount gets smaller daily.
