Fake Orders from Competitor on multiple ASINS

Hi Forums, after researching this issue before posting our own thread it seems that multiple people have faced this issue in the past and still.

As always, we have an unethical seller who has been buying out our stock in order to simply win buy-box to gain sales. The problem is: they place orders and have us ship it and once delivered - they would use false return reasons claiming the items were bad/ defective/ not up to their expectations and in the process of this would gain/ sell their inventory.

After doing thorough research they have done this to multiple sellers on the same ASIN (We can see bad feedbacks on other sellers' storefront by the same 2-3 suspected accounts that have been involved in this).

We have already gone the route of reporting Abuse and following are the complaint ID's: 17470873831, 17470879291.

Regardless of this, we have not received any response on this from the dedicated teams. In the meantime, we have multiple orders from this abusive, unethical buyer that are due to ship (Places multiple orders of the same ASIN in different quantities so if a seller wishes to not ship/ it can hurt their metrics in large.

We would like some feedback/ assistance in this matter and insights from someone who has dealt with anything similar in the past and what are some practices you used to prevent/ deal with unethical sellers like this.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated:
