Missing payment with no trace ID

Hello,

I need input and advice from experienced sellers and Amazon support assigned to assist sellers on the forum.

My case is about missing payment with no trace ID, so when I contacted the bank to inquire about the payment sent from Amazon, the bank also couldn't trace it because there is no trace ID.

I have already contacted Amazon support, and my case will be forwarded to Amazon's internal team. I was advised to wait for news from that team.

Has anyone ever experienced a case like mine?

Thank you for the case #. In taking a quick look I see that it was just created less than an hour ago. I will monitor it on my end as well and hope we get a response on that case soon.

Once we see what they have to say, hopefully this will be resolved for you. If not, we can look at what other options we have to get some additional eyeballs on this.
