Missing items from inbound
PLEASE can someone help me. This is driving me mental.
So basically my product is 'going missing' in Amazon, used to be 1's and 2's, on 2 recent deliveries it was 60 units, worth a lot of money. Either the staff in the warehouse are very poor at their job and stock is accidentally 'going missing', or they are stealing,. Either way I need my stock back or a refund. I keep filing a case and they keep asking me for:
".....you must provide additional invoices that account for all of the units that were sent in these shipments....."
a) I think this is irrelevant, and being used to stall or just plain put people off raising the issue. Why does it matter where I buy my stock from? Why do I need to prove I bought the stock? Where do they think I get it from?
b) anyway, I sent them the invoices and they just keep saying,"....the documentation provided does not meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance. ..." What does this mean please, no explanation, just this.
Finding it really difficult dealing with Amazon when things so wrong. Can someone help me?

please, if anyone from Amazon reads this, can somebody help? I just keep getting the same templated response. They are not explaining what they need and I don't know how to escalate, I cannot let this go as it is 60 units worth almost £2k. Thanks

ok once fine , 3 x times not received - something is going very wrong and ive lost about 1k in money now whats going on.....?

We've had the same thing on shipments to Redditch BHX8, the last one we sent 8 cases direct from a supplier which shipping tracking states was delivered. Amazon claim only 1 case received and the other 7 state Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed.
About £1k of stock lost. Supplied tracking by TNT and proof of ownership (invoice) and still rejected.
Submitted another case on another shipment today same issue, cases gone missing.
We've had other issues with shipments to this FC and have asked for this FC to be removed from our account as a destination address for our goods.
Not happy.
