Updating Attribute Values

Hey!

Anyone have any issues with getting attribute values updated?

We have several products within the candle category for example: B003TC8AFI

This is a white candle, not a red candle as displayed. We have 3, that we cannot get setup correctly.

We've been attempting to work with support for months now to get this corrected, and have only seen it display the correct attribute for less than 24 hours, then it reverted back to Red.

Seller support keeps on responding with:

Color attribute update for For certain categories on Amazon, attribute values typically associates with variations (such as size, color, model, etc) may be normalized to a specific value that is more recognizable to customers.

For example, 4K Ultra HD, Ultra HD, and UHD may be normalized to 4K on the detail page. We are unable to modify this value for individual ASINs, as it is automatically applied to all applicable ASINs in the category.

But we are using the correct attribute values for this product category, White, Yellow and Blue. And we do have brand registry on this.

One day we will get an email saying the effect should take place in 24-48 hours, then the next day they reject the request

I wanted to chime in here as I was able to take a look through those two case IDs, and do see the ASIN you listed in the post as reflecting as 'White' on the website already. Can you confirm if you are facing issues of this nature with any other items at this time?
