ASUS Brand application being declined by bot
Hello, We have been selling ASUS products since we first started the seller account 2 years ago. Recently Amazon asks us to provide invoices of ASUS products and apply for selling under this brand again. We uploaded the invoices from our vendor, which is an authorized distributor. But our request keeps automatically being declined by a bot (or AI) within just a few seconds. We used to apply for this brand (by providing the invoices from the same authorized distributor) and was successfully approved for selling this brand, but not sure recently why we were asked to apply this again and why our requests keep being declined automatically? Can any real human please review our case and provide us an answer? The case ID is 17623654941 and 17591210651. Any help or answers are much appreciated!

Same with me. I just ordered over 100 products from them, and sent the invoices and they just decline them saying that the supplier didn't ship out all the products. I sent them a picture showing the packing lists with the products behind them, and still got declined.
