Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation - Closed for Christmas

We were closed for christmas. and re-opened today in preperation of first collection tomorrow,

We spoke to our Amazon shipping account manager in advance telling us to leave prime on, and just ship on the Sunday as metrics wouldn't be taken into account this week and next due to christmas closures.

we've come in today and begun printing orders...

and received a notification that: Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation

Your Late Dispatch Rate is 8.76%; the target is 4%. as we've printed 300 orders from the last few days that were expected to be dispatched yesterday.

I have in writing our Amazon Shipping account manager saying we will be fine, i confirmed this with her 3 times as i was concerned...

Anyone have any experience with this from last year or any other information you could help with?

(Account health is at 800, we've never had account health issues before)

You were either badly advised or misunderstood the advice you were given.

You can try and use the written advice you were given in your plan of action but as they are an Amazon employee, this would mean Amazon admitting an error in their part which has a smaller chance than hell freezing over.

I hope you are able to resolve it as painlessly possible.

I don’t do SFP so I can’t help but we all had to take necessary action to prevent these issues.
