How to report a seller who is deceiving customers on Amazon
Hi,
We have noticed that this particular seller is taking orders from customers but not dispatching them at all to the courier. In result the seller has now 1104+ negative feedbacks in a month. Yesterday the total was 800+ now it is more than 1100. See the attached screenshot from seller's profile.
How is Amazon allowing such rough seller on their platform? Because the seller is keeping rock bottom prices for the items they are keeping the buy box at all time. In reality none of the customers will receive their orders.
Is there anything that Amazon can do?

Report them via 'Report a violation'., though might take some time for Amazon to do anything about it !!!

Probably best to move on with your own business and let Amazon deal with it.
It's buyers like this that make Amazon bring in things like DD+7.
I did report a seller once, but did it through my personal account. Someone was selling those fake SSD's where it's just a cheap USB drive in a shiny case. I felt I had to report to protect buyers as they wouldn't realise they had been duped until the drives started to fill up. Maybe because Amazon saw me as a customer, but they dealt with it swiftly.

UPDATE: It seems the account is no longer active now. Currently for last 1 month period they have 2147 negative feedbacks and increasing
