What Happens If I Don’t Submit Compliance Requirements for a Closed Amazon Listing?
Hi everyone, I’m in a bit of a situation and could use some advice. I no longer have any inventory for a product I was selling on Amazon, and I want to close the listing. However, I’ve received a request to submit compliance requirements for this product.
My questions are:
Do I need to submit these compliance documents if I’m no longer selling the product?
If I don’t submit the required documentation, will Amazon hold my funds from the sales of this product even though I am not planning to restock or sell it anymore?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

If compliance documents are not submitted, Amazon will close the listing making it unavailable. If you don’t plan on selling that product any longer, then close and delete your listing and let those still offering the product worry about sending in compliance documents.

Delete listing as 4erverHustlin says. Setting stock to zero is not the same thing.
The request for compliance should disappear once you've deleted it.
