Where does shipping adjustment fee show up in Veeqo?
Hello @Seller_Pr4jvbTEZEhJe Our Veeqo partners provided me with the below answer to your question a few months back. Is this the response you were referring to?
"Chargebacks or Carrier adjustments due to incorrect dimensions and weights (or other reasons) are communicated to Veeqo by carriers on a regular basis.
When we receive this information from carrier, we charge those to your account by adding the amount to your balance. You can see those transactions on Transaction Report (Settings -> Billing & Invoices -> View Transactions) with type - "Carrier Chargebacks".
In most cases, these charges should get posted to your account within 60 days of label purchase."
