Incorrect Shipping Tiers
Has anyone else had issues with MFN buy shipping where they are on the wrong Tier?
I'm currently sending around 4,000 parcels a month with Evri, but Amazon has me on T1 which is less than 300 a month.
Support just says I'm in the right Tier and creating a case just goes to dead ends.

Hi @Seller_iUcF35YSDwxDs, I've checked with the partner team about this.
Looking at last month's shipping report, they noticed you were using Amazon Shipping more often than Evri, which falls into Tier 1.
Just to clarify, only Evri shipping is considered when determining which Tier a seller is in. So based on your Evri usage, you're currently in the correct Tier.
