Request for Review Removal: Negative Feedback Removal for Damaged Product
Hello Amazon Team,
Please see the following product reviews below, which are in reference to the FBA experience rather than the product itself. As the reviews do not relate to us as the seller or the product itself, we ask that the following be removed:
While we empathize with the customers' frustration and understand the inconvenience they experienced, these reviews do not provide any feedback about the product itself. Instead, they address a shipping/fulfillment issue unrelated to our product or service, especially since we use Amazon’s FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) for all our deliveries.
We have reported the review via the "Report" button next to it and sent an email to the Community Help team as well as submitted Case ID 17554343161 to Amazon for further review. However, the reviews are still visible, and we are concerned about the potential impact on the customer experience for our product.
According to Amazon’s Community Guidelines, reviews must focus on the product experience and should not discuss delivery issues. Given this, I kindly request another review of this feedback and its removal from our product listing.
