Account suspended for FBA reimbursements?
Hi,
I am wondering if I can get some help on this one. Our account was very active with substantial annual sales and good metrics. However, we got suspended for a reason relating to FBA reimbursements apparently and I am not really sure what it means or what information Amazon is asking of me. Can a mod perhaps review our account and see what is going on with it and provide us with further details on why we were suspended?
We had filed a few claims for FBA reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory. We were using a Helium 10 program called Refund Genie which provided us with the ASINs that were eligible for reimbursement and we submitted accordingly.
Any help is appreaciated.

I have taken a look into your information and see that the performance notification you received on August 23, 2023 states you will need to submit information to show you have not violated Amazon policies, namely the Business Solutions Agreement. This information will need to be submitted to sellercredit-appeals@amazon.com.
Have you received a different notification more recently?
