Call Me Now Option DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!

Ive been trying to call Amazon support to chat about my account being deactivated for the past 3 days and after i put in my number it says calls connected AND I NEVER RECIEVE a call Amazon doesnt care about their sellers at all its genuinely sad

There is a lot wrong with Amazon, but I've never had any problems with the CALL Now button. Is the phone number you are using the one set up in your account information? That might make a difference and make sure you have the area code. This is suppose to be a direct number. 800-850-0931

It used to work. About 6 months ago, it stopped working. What else is new LOL--There's always something wrong with wealthy Amazon!

They fix or try to make things better--Yet they mess-up something else. Seems like they can never get everything right.

It's so frustrating & no one really helps (employees)!

Always use the Chat option. It gives you the same experience than with a Call but you now have the whole discussion black on white with a rep name to attach to it

Its your scam protection on your iphone blocking the incoming call from Amazon. Took me 6 months to figure out. Took off scam protection from Tmobile and Amazon came through immediately.

Based on the description of how the call says it's connected, but you're not receiving a call. It does sound like this could be a similar scenario that @Seller_VhnLCj3EnFqFx mentioned. I am not 100% familiar with this issue on Apple, or IPhone but I have seen this happen on Android devices. As they suggested doing, contact your phone provider and inquire on spam protection and if they are blocking numbers. They may even have a record of the numbers blocked and the frequency to confirm if these requests were being blocked.

If this does not resolve your issue, I would ask that you post a screenshot of how you're requesting your call, I would also advise making sure any personal info is blocked out or removed to protect your privacy and information. Can you also confirm that when you're adding your phone number, that you're using the regional drop-down list to identify the region receiving the call. The region code for each number will be populated automatically by this drop-down thus is not required in the text field. This could also create issue connecting the call.

Once I have more information such a screenshots or other information, I can work with the appropriate teams to research this further.

Hey Jak, I hear you. Technology can be extremely frustrating. Especially because we depend on technology to work properly for our business operations. As far as the call me now function, I have used the function for several issues lately. I was able to get a call instantly. I requested the call on my desktop computer which is a PC using Edge browser. My cell phone is apple. The feature has worked for me with no wait time. Letting you know in case it might be an issue specific to your computer or phone or phone number. As far as anyone caring, that is a tough one. I really don't expect anyone to care but I do expect someone to do their job if that is they are assigned accept and are compensated for a responsibility. I try not to feel any certain way about the caring of a company or an individual if I can avoid it. Sometimes I do get upset though. Good luck with your issue.

I do not know who you want to talk to on the phone about your account. The account problems are solved only by Seller Performance exclusively through messages/email.
