Unatahorized AI images on my sponsored display ads
While my case has been escalated in seller supoort, I am curious to find out if this has happened to anyone else.
Today I discovered several ads for my products that were using terrible AI-generated images. I do not use AI-generated images so I went through every one of my ad creatives to check but not one used these images.
The images DO appear in a folder of auto-generated AI images that use my photos then pulverize them into nonsense. But none of my active ads have them set up.
I used the Ad campaign live chat and the representatice spend a good 45 minutes with me trying to work out how/why before escalating the case.
Has this happened to anyone else?
