FREE Replacements sent for "OTHER" reasons

Hi everyone,

I understand that replacement reason code 0 stands for "Other". But what exactly does "Other" mean?

This term is incredibly vague, and it's frustrating that we, as sellers, are not provided with a clear explanation for such a significant portion of the free ($0) FBA replacements being sent to customers on our behalf.

It's already concerning that customers can easily claim an item was damaged, missing, or defective — and those reasons at least give us some insight. But "Other"? That tells us absolutely nothing.

From what I’ve seen, the majority of the free replacements FBA issues for us are coded 0 under this mysterious "Other" category. How are we supposed to improve our listings, packaging, or processes if we're not even given any clear reason behind these returns?

Can anyone shed light on what this code really includes?
