Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account ACtion required
Hello,
We are contacting you as we need additional documents to continue with your account verification.
What happens if I do not update the required documents or information?
You have a total of 60 days from the day we first contacted you to provide all documentation or information requested to complete the verification. The time that Amazon takes in reviewing and validating the information or documentation provided will not be counted against the 60 days threshold you are given.
Failure to provide this on time will lead to your disbursements being deactivated until verification has been completed.
If it has been more than 60 days since we first contacted you, your disbursements may have already been deactivated and will remain temporarily deactivated until the requested information or documentation has been provided and your account has been verified.
Why is this happening?
The share allotment for the parent company previously you provided is now expired.
What documents do I need to provide?
Business verification documents:
For parent company S*** A*** PRIVATE LIMITED
-- Please provide a share allotment document with a breakdown of shares. It must show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company.
How do I resolve this situation?
Ensure that the document meets the following criteria:
-- The document must be dated within 180 days.
-- The document must not be a screenshot.
-- The document must be signed by a legal representative of the applicable business, such as the CEO.
-- The document must be printed on company letterhead or stamped with a company stamp.
The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese. If the original document is not in a supported language, provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.
