Account Deactivated because of Payment Verfication
I received the email below from Amazon
What type of document do I need to provide?
-- A scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the account currently entered as a deposit method in Seller Central: account number ending in ”.
The document must meet the following criteria:
-- The document must be dated within the last 12 months.
-- The document must show the bank account number, the bank logo, and the account holder's name.
-- If you are operating as a business, the bank account must be in the name of the business.
-- The document must not be a screenshot.
I submitted a certified bank letter, and they keep rejecting it, any ideas how to solve this?

If you go to the bank and ask for a cerified bank letter for your account, they will provide you with one. They do it all the time now for any new or existing business. It is part of the due diligence for money laundering etc.
All you need to do once you have it is scan the document and then save this as a PDF document then send the pdf to Amazon. This is different from a screenshot.

I had the same issue, details were matching but rejected, log into your USA market and check if there is a video verification you have to do, you must complete this and once verified your bank deposit will be accepted, its strange why you need to go over to the USA market but it works

Does the letter meet the list of requirements in every way, down to the letter?

HI,
I received an email from Amazon in regards to my account which has now been deactivated because of payment verification.
I recently changed my deposit method to another UK Bank, however they have stated that they are unable to verify it. They have even deposited £0.01 - if they could not verify it, would this be normal to occur?
They have advised the below
Your account has failed our verification process. As a result, your selling account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds disbursement eligibility policy:

We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.
I have submitted a bank statement and a certified letter from the bank which they are not accepting and they send the same auto generated response as below:
We were unable to complete the ownership verification of one of your deposit methods on your Amazon Seller account.
Please log in to your Seller Central account to take the next action to complete your deposit method verification.
How has other sellers resolved this issue?

Hi, we have similar issue and we have submitted whatever documents they requested and they just reply us
"Your account has failed our verification process. As a result, your selling account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds disbursement eligibility policy:"
When we raise a case with or without attachement, they will be a standard reply within minutes.
Anyone can advise ?
