My name is CR and wanted to see if I could pop in here and provide you with some additional information here.
On your home page of Seller Central you will see a notification in the middle with a button that says "reactivate your account". You will need to follow that link to submit your information.
Additionally, you can view this from your Account Health page. It appears that you need to submit identity information to be compliant with the INFORM Consumers Act.
Navigate to your Account Info page and click on the below red "Identity Verification (Reverify)" link that you see below to get started.
