Ongoing Issues with Our Account

Hi, We are still having ongoing issues with our Amazon (US) store we are looking at doing prime and advertising on Amazon. However, we are unable to get in contact with anyone and have sent multiple unanswered emails. We are unable to continue with our push to not only sell more on amazon, but do paid advertising without some level of support from an Amazon Account Manager. If we could please be connected with one asap, we would be grateful. Thanks, Golf Gods.

I understand how frustrating this must be. Here are a few things I’d suggest to get your ads moving:

Check for Account Issues: Make sure there are no unresolved policy violations or account health problems. These can sometimes cause delays.

Review Ad Status: Verify that your ads are approved and not stuck in the review process. Sometimes, content issues or policy compliance can delay them.

Verify Payment Methods: Double-check that your payment method is correctly set up and has no issues. Payment problems can sometimes cause delays.

I understand you want to participate in Prime and start advertising. I suggest you first address the Account Health issues I see when I look at your account. You can contact an Account Specialist through the phone link on the Account Health page. You will need to resolve the account issues before moving forward with Prime or advertising.
