Assistance Needed – Linked Account Suspension Across Marketplaces

I am writing to urgently request assistance and clarification regarding the deactivation of my Amazon US and Australian seller accounts.

Summary of the situation:

My Aus acc was deactivated because of link with other account. I originally registered my account under one business name and later updated the account name in the US marketplace, but not in the Australian marketplace (where I have never listed or sold any products).

My Australian account was the first to be deactivated. I was asked to submit documents including Photo ID, Utility Bill, ABN, and Bank Statement, which I provided promptly.

I resubmitted the documents twice through the seller portal — but it has now been over 7 days without any reply or update.

I have never listed or sold any products on the Australian marketplace.

My US account was also deactivated. I was informed that it is linked to the Australian account, which allegedly has violations related to fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity. However:

I have only ever operated one seller account using one email and one Australian phone number.

I have never engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive activities on Amazon.

I have always followed Amazon’s rules and policies in good faith.

Therefore, I respectfully request:

An urgent review and reactivation of my Australian account, so I can proceed with appealing the deactivation of my US account.

Assistance in resolving this account-linking issue, as it is directly affecting my ability to operate my business.

I am fully ready to provide any further information if required. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
