The Ontrac label is printing as a blank page. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
We are currently experiencing an issue with printing Ontrac labels from Amazon Seller Central. The label is printing as a blank page. We have completed all troubleshooting steps and cleared everything, but the issue persists. We are now waiting for a response from Amazon regarding the case we have created.

Dominic from Amazon here, is this still occurring? If so I would recommend creating a case with Seller Support and providing them with screenshots.
