Replacement item

Just received a return notification saying they want a replacement item because we shipped the wrong item. They said they ordered the $9 item, not what we sent them and they want us to send the $9 item...

Ummm. We don't have anything for sale in our entire catalog for $9. the cheapest item we offer is $25 and change. I'm positive this person is confusing us with another seller. The notification just came through saying we need to ship them another brand new item that they have paid nothing for.

My worries, This buyer will keep doing this over and over and I will be losing the shipping and packaging cost over and over. If they even send the return, like most it will be used/installed and not resellable and as usual Amazon will screw us on any claim to try and recover our loss.

Thoughts on what can be done here or do I just have to send another of the same item and continue to get screwed over and over.
