Small business sending orders to Ireland
I am a small business selling baby swimwear and have recently received an influx of orders from Ireland (must be in response to a marketing campaign). The issue I am having is the shipping cost on EVRI being 7.18 and amazon only charging £5 something for delivery. We are then sometimes hit with a customs charge on top of this (not sure why its a random thing). If the customer decides to return the item, we are then loosing money on the item.
Is there a way to remove Ireland from our delivery preferences?

assuming you mean Republic of Ireland you can do this within Shipping Settings. It’s either a simple tick box if on the Individual selling plan or you’ll need to go into any shipping templates you have setup if on the professional selling plan
