Does this requirement apply to German Marketplace titles as well or is it only for the US?

How will Amazon handle titles where the brand name and the product name have the same word? For example, The Bean Coffee sells Whole Coffee Beans. The title is The Bean Coffee Whole Coffee Beans Roasted and Bagged. "Coffee" is duplicated, but only because it's necessary. Will the algorithm that monitors listings account for this?

What if the word "And" is repeated more than 2 times. Will that be flagged?
