The video was rejected, showing "The video discloses personal/private information, or requires viewers to do so"
I recently submitted my video but it didn't go through, even after revising it it still didn't go through the moderation process, I'm not sure what the problem is now.
And the case inquiring about it keeps asking me to send a message to: community-help@amazon.com but there is no response.
I don't understand which clip or which text in the video is causing it to not go through for review, is it possible to offer help in resolving this issue, just let me know which clip in the video is causing it and I will make the changes.

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed your video and it could be that part of it has a commercial in it saying something about 10 dollars. It could also be some of the music is not in English. I would review the Community Guidelines and ensure that your entire video follows this policy. You may also want to consider taking a video without the additional music playing in the background so the customer isn't hearing both the radio and the extra noise. Once you have ensured that your video is compliant, if you still do not get approved, create a case to Seller Support. If they are not able to assist you, please provide me the Case ID so I can take another look.
