My seller account has been deactivated, I need good guidence to get this back help me.. I only have more 1 appeal chance (alibaba supplier invoices works for this ?)

Your seller account has been temporarily deactivated because we have concerns about the accuracy of the product description of your listings. Funds will not be transferred to you and will be held in your account while we work with you to address the following concerns in accordance with the Funds Withholding policy.

How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, upload the following information and follow the questions that are prompted below:

Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier that were issued in the last 365 days for the ASINs and brands listed.

These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.

Include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.

If you are the brand owner or manufacturer, provide evidence of your rights to the brand. If you are the manufacturer without being the brand owner, provide an authorisation letter and a complete set of documentation to prove that you are approved to manufacture merchandise for the artist, brand or individual shown in the ASINs that are found to be in violation.

Does your Alibaba supplier invoice contain the info Amazon have asked for? Address.phone number,website. Etc. Applicable date and quantity bought.

If not it won’t be accepted

As stated in the notification, please share valid invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days for the impacted asins.

The previous appeals has been declined as the documents were invalid.

Please make sure, the invoice should meet the below criteria:-

The quantity of items shown should match your inventory for the requested ASINs.

You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

Contact information for your supplier, including business name, phone number, address, , email, and website.

We might call your supplier to verify the documents.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card (where applicable).

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.

Reliability of your supplier is most crucial. The invoices which is not meeting the above criteria will not be deemed as valid.
