Hi

Just a quick question, how are you all finding Royal Mail with their standard non tracked deliveries?

Are you experiencing delays still or are your orders arriving on time compared to a few months ago?

Still delays plus some where delivery confirmation code says delivered but the customer hasn’t got them.
Normally I would be suspicious but some of the people who have reported that are customers we’ve had for over 10 years so I have no reason to doubt them.
