Seller Account because of amazoncom business account

Posting on behalf of a friend, if anyone can help.

I made a amazon.com business account, it got locked. It is on the same email as my seller account so it is also locked.

Amazon.com business refuses to open my account, so my seller account also remains locked. I’ve already sent Amazon business the following:

Billing statement, photo ID, utility bill, EIN letter, and a ‘letter on company letter head’

What do I do?? I have account health responses due in 19 days.
