We are reaching out to request a review and reconsideration of an A-to-z Guarantee claim filed by a customer who stated the package was not received. However, the order was delivered on time with signature confirmation.
Despite this evidence, the claim was denied without review. It is unfair to us.The customer initially requested a return and return label after the return window had expired, and then proceeded to file an A-to-z claim under the reason “Package did not arrive.”
Despite the clear proof of delivery and signature confirmation, the claim was denied in our favor, yet the customer still received a refund without returning the item and the amount was deducted from our account, impacting our ODR.The customer requested the return request and request return shipping label but it is over return period according Amazon return policy, then the customer fielded the A to Z claim with the reason“Package did not arrive” The fact is the package delivered in the timeline with signature proof and we filed the claim by denied, customer got the money without the return and count the ORD to our account, it is really not fair to us.

the delivery proof attached.
As a small business, we follow Amazon’s policies carefully and prioritize customer satisfaction. However, in this instance, we believe the claim did not meet the A-to-z Guarantee criteria and should not have been approved. We request that this decision be reconsidered, the amount deducted from our account be refunded, and the negative impact on our ODR be resolved. Thank you for your time and understanding.
