Fake counterfeit without test buy claim from a malicous competitor seller

Hi everyone,

I need assistance from Amazon Support or anyone willing to help me with this counterfeit without test buy violation I received from an opposing malicious seller.

I have tried to contact Amazon multiple times, reporting abuse by this seller. The seller recently filed a false counterfeit without a test buy violation against my account.

Complaint ID: 17403710781

The seller "Adventure Home Us" has been violating Amazon's policies by using black hat tricks to change the photos and title of a listing as well as using their trademark to falsely claim that the main product is manufactured under their brand by using a "VITAMIN GUIDE" as a bundle item which in addition violates the Anti-Bundling Policy. This seller has been misleading customers and sellers by using this method to gain a monopoly over the vitamin category and violating the rights of the intellectual property rights of the brand owners of all the vitamins they are selling.

Seller: Adventure With Us

Profile: https://www.amazon.com/sp?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&seller=A3VFM5UWEAQRQV&ref_=dp_merchant_link&asin=B0DPTZNJ1C

ASIN: B0DVR23J9B

Title: Natural-Vitality Calm Magnesium Citrate Powder, Raspberry Lemon Flavor, 20 Ounces+ Guide Vitamins

This product is sold throughout Costco.

Initially, the title did not have guide vitamins, which allowed me to list the items to sell. After I listed this ASIN, I realized something odd was happening. First, the seller changed the title to include 2-packs of the same item. Then, the title was changed to include the "Guide Vitamins," which violates Amazon Anti-Bundling Policies. After realizing the seller had intentionally changed the titles to harm my account. I removed the ASIN. After further reviewing, the listing is incorrectly advertised as the seller's trademark brand, which, as you can see in picture 6, the item is Manufactured by Nature's Products, Inc. The seller's entire ASINS category has been doing this to other vitamins. I received a first-ever counterfeit without a test buy violation a few days ago. I had written a complete letter response to appeal this violation. Still, it did not allow me to upload my declaration and evidence to prove that this violation was false and used maliciously to harm my account.

As you can see, this seller is doing this to other ASINS as well.

img

The trademark number "7424832" used by the seller to file this false claim has nothing to do with anything in the vitamin category. As you can see, the trademark number registered to the USPTO is a friget magnet.

img

I hope someone will help me resolve this matter and remove this false violation from our account.
