Buyer return inquiry

So my customer initiated a return a while back (I don't offer free returns) but they have yet to ship me the product back and the return request is still open. What happens if a buyer opens a return request and just forgets about it? (Reason was Performance or quality not adequate).

What happens is nothing. You do nothing, the buyer doesn't get refunded, you win.

Hi @Seller_qWZChZxyn0kQy,

Dominic from Amazon here. When a buyer requests a return, Amazon will send you an email stating the reason for the return. If the buyer's request does not comply with our return policies, we will inform you in the email.

If the customer has a pending action but has yet to complete that there is nothing you need to do at this time.

Best,

Dominic
