HELP! released and deferred orders/transactions are not showing up in transactions
Mods please help...orders from today that have been released and confirmed are not showing up in the transactions wehether FBA, FBM, or even buy shipping. Today's transactions have been completely blank. I know orders are being fulfilled because the balance is growing in payments that I can take out and I've also fulfilled orders today via FBM that are not showing up
seller support said this is a known and recent issue and that they are working on it but I am not sure if this is true.

Also, I took the transactions report from 12/08/2024 at 3:00 a.m. (which is when it starts over for the next day). I have the file and it is way longer now then it is from yesterday (for some reason it is putting orders still int he 12/08/2024 date). But they aren't even showing up anymore in the transaction page (only when I download the file).

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. There was an issue with the display of orders/transactions showing up which has since been rectified. We had this pinned here in the forums and realize not everyone is on or sees those things here as we get them from partner teams.
