MOD Help PLEASE! Feedback Removal for Shipping Using Buy Shipping
We have a negative feedback on order number 112-3149269-2413001. Case number 17053630371. Customer wrote "Got everything but the board." This is a shipping problem - it was shipped with Amazon's Buy Shipping and it should be struck through as it is a shipping issue. Reps keep telling me it is a feedback on the board which it obviously is not! Please let me know if there is anything at all I can do to get this struck through as it should according to Amazon's policies. If Amazon would just follow their own policies, it would surely help us sellers to not hate selling on Amazon so much! Ugh!

That is not a shipping problem. That is a packing error.
Whether it is true or not, still not a shipping problem.
