Customer complaint wrong product received

Customer complaint wrong product received however, we sent the correct product through easy ship. Now customer has given negative feedback to seller.

As a seller we have no control over the packet once it is shipped. In the original order there was a bedsheet sent but customer claims she received a used jeans.

How can I get the negative feedback removed?

Please help.
