Can't use my own carrier in "send to amazon"
Hi there,
I am stuck at creating a shipment because whenever I chose "Use your own carrier" the workflow buttons are greyed and I can't proceed further.
When I choose partnered carriers, I see that I can go on.
Currently my goods are in my shipping agent warehouse in China, but I cant create shipment for it!! is amazon trying to force sellers to use its shipping services?

I finally managed to create my shipment.
The shipment process went ok when I changed "packing template" to "individual units".
I repeated the process three times to make sure this was the issue and it was confirmed.
