Received too many fraud buyers

We have received too many fraudulent buyers in the last 4 months. They bought the products after they delivered the product, they wrote negative feedback and review filed A to Z claims took refund and product total loss in business. What's amazon doing for us for sellers all decisions gave in buyers favor.

Totally Disappointed

You seem to have ignored the amazon policy that tells you up front that if your return address is outside the US then they will just refund the customer without them needing to return the items.

gotta learn the rules and play the game with Amazon's rules, just as honestly as Amazon does.

It ain't right

Hi @Seller_vEnEH7W0od5oN,

I do understand your frustration with the returns and A-to-Z claims processes. We do have certain procedures in place that can help you avoid these types of issues. For example, utilizing Buy Shipping for your orders and shipping on time can help avoid A-to-Z claims. For more information about preventing A-to-Z claims, please review this help page.

Additionally, as one of your fellow sellers has mentioned, having a domestic return address or working with an international returns provider could help mitigate the number of returnless refunds you process. For more information about international returns please be sure to review this help page.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Tatiana
