SFP Returns
Last month there was an Ask Amazon about Safe-T claims which was raised in the below Thread

However we have gone to raise a claim and been told that we are not eligible as all Prime orders under 22.6kg are eligible for free returns as per the manage orders page. ( https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202109110 ).
As this directly contradicts what @Julia_Amazonsaid does anyone know when this changed and was anyone made aware of it?
